UPDATE ADOPTED ~2 years old. Good with kids, dogs, and cats. (COURTESY LISTING) Date Posted: 1/10/2015 Such a fun, happy dog! Loves being with people and playing FETCH! She will fetch a toy or ball all day long. Very smart, but needs to be taught manners. She can open the back door and let herself in, now if only she is taught to shut the door behind her! ;) I don't know too much about Biscuit as I've only been fostering her for 1 month, the owners were going to surrender her to a pound and I couldn't let that happen. The history I got on her was that she was purchased from a breeder in PA at 8 wks of age. The family that bought her had a one year old, 2-two year olds, and a four year old girls. I have 6 children ranging from 12 months to 9 yrs, so she is great with children. She doesn't mind being dressed up for tea parties!! The owner had to come off her allergy meds due to medical concerns and therefore could no longer keep Biscuit. She needs leash training, I've been working with her a little on that, but when she is outside in the front with me she does not run off and has quickly learned her boundaries. She wants to stay wherever the kids are at. The previous owner said that there would be times Biscuit would herd her girls together! She knows sit, stay, lay down, and kennel commands, she is learning not to jump on visitors because not everybody wants a kiss upon the first meeting. I was told she is up to date on her shots, but won't have the shot record in hand until Sunday. Biscuit longs for her forever home and I feel terrible that she is being shuffled around from home to home, and she is such a smart, sweet dog. Sometimes she thinks she is a lapdog and just wants to get her share of snuggles. Sorry for rambling, please email me with any questions. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A GSRA DOG.
