~4 years old. Good with dogs and cats. Kids TBD Date Posted: 3/2/2013 If you like big dogs, you will definitely have top bragging rights with Boomer !! At 117 pounds he is a big boy, but has a sweetness, calm and innocence about him you have to see. Boomer and his sister Kellie were surrendered to the shelter when their owner moved and left them behind. Both are very calm dogs, not barkers, Boomer always wants to say hello to each dog he encounters and is a perfect gentleman, so very gentle for being such a big boy. He is housebroken, LOVES loves loves going for rides in the car, and walks great on a leash. His sister Kellie still needs a home as well, and it would be great if they could go together, but not necessary. The owners said both dogs were 4 when they were surrendered to Animal Control in December. If you know anyone that could give Boomer and/or Kellie a loving forever or even foster home, you wont regret it! Both are neutered, up to date on vaccines, and heart worm negative, and i totally encourage overnight, or weekend visits, and if for any reason the dog doesnt work out, I will gladly take them back.
