German Shepherd Dog (medium coat) : : Female (spayed)
~5 years old. Not good with cats. Kids and dogs work in progress. Brina is a super sweet girl that was left in a back yard unsocialized with other humans and doggies. She is loving, caring, and very affectionate. We are still working on a few things with her, but overall, she is definitely house-trained and crate trained. She sits for her food, to be leashed, and before walking out of a door, and she always lets her human out the door first. She can also "sit" and "down" to command and is quickly learning hand signals and German commands. She's also doing well with the "heel" command and walks well on the leash. She is a super quick learner. Right now she is in assessment for people and animals, but definitely does not do well with the kitties. She is super laid back, but loves to go on long runs and going outside for playtime, so an adopter with a large backyard is a plus. So far she seems to be a "one dog" kind of dog, but is doing well with "pack walks" ; with other shepherds and humans, and is being assessed with other dogs in the home at the same time.
