Stunning GSD that was abandoned by my neighbor when they moved. She's a very good dog and very loving. Wants attention all the time. Believe she has anxiety issues.

I cannot keep her. I already have a small dog and I have health problems. Someone please come get her because I cannot take care of her. I did not want to leave her in the cold and hungry.
