JETHRO ~5 years old. Good with older considerate children, dogs and cats. GSRA adopts to residents of VA, NC, and SC only Hey everybody, meet Jethro!!! He is a very large gentle dog that loves to play, but he's one of those types of dogs that doesn't know how big he is, so it can make him a rough player. He loves to be outside and would do best with a fenced yard that is at least 6 feet. Despite his large stature, he's quite adept in scaling a 5 foot fence! He is house trained, crate trained, and loves to ride in the car! He still has a lot of manners to learn, but he is a fast learner! Right now we are working on him not jumping up and giving hugs and kisses. This can be overwhelming because of his size. Considering he looks like a big fluffy teddy bear he loves to cuddle and will try to climb into your lap at times.He definitely will need a home that is used to such big fellas! So is your heart, home, and couch big enough for the likes of Jethro? PLEASE NOTE: Jethro is currently going thru Heartworm Treatment.
